As we're dealing with the delivery of frozen food, we've taken a lot care and precaution in how we deliver. We use NZ Couriers as our delivery partner. Due to their delivery schedule we only delivery on Mondays (Wellington region only), Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We do not deliver on the weekend or on public holidays.
NZ Couriers delivery to residential addresses between 9am-5pm. If you're getting delivery to a work address, this typically happens prior to 9.30am, so could be early.

You will be asked to supply your email and mobile number at checkout. You will be notified along the way with relevant delivery (Track & Trace) information. The courier will have to leave the package at your door (or a place you specify) if you're not home.

At the point of purchase you will be asked if you want to buy a "One-time purchase" or a "Weekly subscription". Each time you start a subscription there is a 4 week minimum period. You decide the Meals Pack you want to start with. We do the rest, making sure you get the relevant Meals Pack to the week of your cycle.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed and the products will be automatically delivered after each successful renewal. For example, as we only offer subscriptions, the system will automatically charge your credit card each week and you will get the product(s) to your doorstep each week, without the need to place the order by yourself!

You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal. The only time when the subscription can't be cancelled is prior to the 4 week minimum.
The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that is sent to you when you place an initial subscription order in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in your shop.

Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click on the Edit button in the products card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.

Trophi meals are designed to feed one person. But note that each meal is 480g. This is good serving for most.

Microwave: Heat directly from frozen. Microwave meal (1000W) for 8 minutes. Let sit for several minutes before removing the film to ensure even heating. Note: Heating time is approximate and may vary according to your microwave.
Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove film and label, and bake for 30 minutes, until bubbling and piping hot. Let sit for several minutes before serving.
