How to start cycle syncing
Firstly, you will need to identify what phase of your cycle you are currently in. The best way is to write down the first day your period starts and note how long it lasted. You can do this easily in the calendar on your phone or download one of the many apps available. Also, make good notes on how you feel, your mood and energy, did you experience any PMS, and if so, note down what symptoms you experienced. This will help if you are having irregular periods as well.
